We only offer refunds or replacements in the following situations:
- The item arrives with a significant print defect (e.g., misaligned design, missing elements).
- The product is damaged upon delivery (e.g., torn fabric, manufacturing fault).
- You contact us on the day of delivery with clear photos of the issue.
Minor variations in color, print placement, or fabric texture are normal and do not qualify for refunds or replacements.
